In the real world anyone perched atop a high-rise, spying on weather girls with the aid of a giant telescope would likely be frowned upon. However, in animation land, romance reigns: this little love story is really quite cute - "it'd be more than I can take if I just... told you what I feel" - and the beautiful simplicity of the animation adds to that.
The vocal's wonderful too. Interesting that the 2 guys who make up Plastic Operator only meet up once a month or so, living apart as they do in London and Antwerp, meaning that most of their work together is done over the internet. Sweet.
