The Wave Pictures - I Love You Like A Madman



Bit of an unconventional love song this, but I think if someone was to write a love song for me I'd rather like it to include lines like "I'll buy you bras instead of pickled eggs, chocolate instead of chutney". Shows a bit of personality, doesn't it?

The Wave Pictures are self-confessed autobiographers and this tune, I Love You Like A Madman, is a perfect example of the sort of charming, witty, image laden songs they put together.... quite a traditional sound on the indie-pop scale, but good none-the-less. I especially like the quivery vocals. Wouldn't want to challenge them to a game of musical statues though, looks like they've had loads of practice.
