Hexstatic - Perfect Bird
Few good things have come of the launch of Channel Five. Five News, obviously (ahem). And there's also these two. They met at the launch party for the channel back in 1997, while producing visuals. (You can only imagine. Maybe the Spice Girls were distracted.) Since then, they've begun to produce their own brand of "quirky audio visual electro" er, experiences, and this is one particularly atmospheric effort from the 2004 album Master-View.
Never really been a fan of Manga, but this vid is rather sweet.
