RJD2 - Ghostwriter
It takes a certain genius to spot something in a song and turn it into something different. I don't mean just whacking a whopping great drumbeat on it, or the opposite, stripping it down to a no-nonsense acoustic. Here, Ramble Krohn has, at some point, heard Elliott Smith's "I Didn't Understand" and, amidst the beautiful melancholy, has found a sample worthy of a bit of beefing up. And how.
Fan video, again, another sweet one very similar to that of the one for Band of Horses (SotD 04/10/2008), except it's got a bit more of a storyline, and more butterfingers.
